PUBLIC Registration Opens – April 11th, 2022 @7am

This is a 3 athlete team lifting event. 

Divisions:

MALE OPEN TEAM 

FEMALE OPEN TEAM

NEW FOR 2023 MIXED GENDER OPEN TEAM – teams will consist 4 lifters, two males and 2 females.  There is NOT a masters division for mixed gender teams.  

MASTER MALE TEAM (ALL team members are over the age of 40) *there will be no prizes for this division.  Medals will ONLY be given for 1st place.  We understand this may not be liked, but the last time we did this event we had 2 male masters teams and 6 female masters teams.  

MASTERS FEMALE TEAM (ALL team members are over the age of 40) *there will be no prizes for this division.  Medals will ONLY be given for 1st place.  We understand this may not be liked, but the last time we did this event we had 2 male masters teams and 6 female masters teams.  

If a team consists of 1 or more athletes 39 or younger, even if a member (or, members) of the team IS 40 or over, that team will be an OPEN DIVISION TEAM.
