What is the Bloomer Ruck Relay?

This will be a 4 hour trail race done as a team relay where one runner will be on the course at a time.  

The course will be a ~1-1.5 mile loop that starts and ends at the Hilltop Shelter at Bloomer Park

Goal for the team is to get as many full laps as possible in the time limit.

Tiebreak for teams that complete the same number of laps will be which team completed that number of laps the fastest
